The broadcasting transmitter on Luxkogel summit, at the entrance of Gasteinertal (Salzburg), is only accessible with a non-public aerial tramway für 6 persons, built in the year 1967. Until next summer the installation will receive substantial retrofit and modernization, such as factory-fresh drive and control equipment, a new haul rope, and others.
